A leading investment bank is now looking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst into their very successful European Consumer and Retail M&A team. The team has worked on a number of very successful deals in the sector and has a very strong pipeline of work. The role will work on the origination and execution of mandates for the firm. On a day to day basis, you can expect to be involved in financial modelling, valuations, pitching, writing documents and deal execution.
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Investment banking analysts from major banks or advisors
- M&A professionals (not TS) from the leading advisory firms
The successful candidate will have experience in the consumer/retail sector.
