We are now working with a very successful investment banking firm, who are looking for an Analyst and Associate to their European consumer team. This team advises retail and consumer companies on M&A activities.
In the position, you will work closely with clients, assisting them with M&A deals. Day to day, this could involve:
- Origination of deals
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Work on due diligence exercises
- Advise clients on financing of deals
- Work on deal negotiation
- Preparation of deal documents
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Analysts / Associates with the investment banking teams of other advisors or corporate development professionals
- Excellent deal sheet
- Financial Modelling skills
Experience Requirements:
- Analyst: 1-3 years experience
- Associate: 4 – 6 years experience
