We are now working with a US investment fund. They have a premier name in private markets investing. They are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team, who will work in their incredibly successful structured credit team.
This team makes asset-based loans to private equity and investment groups, enabling them to carry out acquisitions, expansion, refinancings, and free liquidity. The deals worked on tend to be complicated transactions. The team has a flexible investment approach and can provide finance through debt, structured finance mezzanine, preferred equity, and hybrid.
They are interested in people who will have a background as follows:
- 3rd year analyst / Associates with structured credit backgrounds
- 3rd year analyst/ Associates with M&A/ debt experience with global investment banks and advisors
- 3rd year analysts/ Associates with private equity or alternative investment funds
- Fluent in at least two European languages
