We are now working with a very successful private equity, advisory and investment group. They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the execution of investments for the fund as well as corporate finance advisory mandates for specific clients. The role involves working as an analyst and a fully participating team member in almost all stages of the deal process. Analysts are involved in the development of various financial models, perform complex analyses and work on due diligence of potential investment opportunities and M&A work.
The responsibilities of this role will include the following:
- Full member of a very successful team doing private equity, VC and corporate finance assignments
- The development of financial models for prospective investments
- Assisting in the due diligence and transaction execution of prospective investments
- Post investment monitoring, financial return projection and funding gap assessment
- Working on corporate finance deals
The successful candidate will currently work in M&A, Transaction services or restructuring / special situations advisory with one of the major accounting firms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a really entrepreneurial principal investing / advisory group.
