A global investment bank is now looking to add an Associate to their London Healthcare M&A team. The role will focus on:

  • Execute M&A transactions within the pharma and healthcare sector
  • Assisting clients with their M&A strategy
  • Work in all aspects of deals from origination to completion
  • Deal structuring
  • Financial modelling and analysis
  • Prepare transaction documents

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

  • Background in pharma/healthcare investment banking, M&A or Big Four M&A/corporate finance advisory
