In this role you will:

  • Work alongside MDs, advising clients on corporate finance matters
  • Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as M&A, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs
  • Deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations
  • Preparing transaction documentation

This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain a lot more hands-on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level. They are very interested in meeting Investment Banking Analysts from the corporate finance and investment banking teams of other banks and advisory firms. The role is aimed at someone with 1 year + M&A experience.
