Job Description

One of Europe's leading boutique advisory firms, with a really impressive client base, are now looking to hire an Investment Banking analyst into their team.

The role:

  • Working on high profile M&A deals, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs
  • Active part on small teams, working with senior level clients
  • Building financial models and preparing deal documentation
  • Close mentorship with senior directors and MDs
  • Opportunity to work with listed FTSE and European clients on a broad range of deals

The successful candidate will have a background as follows;

  • Investment banking analysts with other firms
  • 1 – 3 years deal experience
  • Financial modelling and deal execution experience
