We are now working with the M&A team of a top US investment bank. They have had an incredibly successful year, and are now looking to add two Analysts to their team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the execution of transactions including M&A, corporate finance and other related activities
- Preparing financial and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunities
- Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation
- Preparing marketing presentations for current and potential corporate clients with appropriate research and data analytics
Qualifications
- ACAs with experience in lead advisory, transaction services or M&A
- Strong academics
