Investment Associate, US Private Equity Fund

We are now working with a very blue chip US private equity group.

They are looking to add an Investment Associate to their London team. This will involve:

  • sourcing and originating deals
  • preparing investment papers for the investment committee
  • deal execution on all aspects of transactions
  • managing advisors as principal
  • working on negotiation of terms

The role will sit with a great team.

They are interested in meeting professionals with a background as follows:

  • 3rd year Analyst to 2nd year Associate level
  • Working in a leading bulge bracket bank or advisory firm/ Elite Boutique
  • Associates from other private equity funds who have trained in investment banking
