We are working with a leading UK mid-market private equity fund that has an exceptional track record in investing and exiting stakes in successful UK brands and businesses. The Investment Associate will be responsible for:
- Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
- Supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of transactions
