We are now working with a the UK team of a major European mid market private equity fund.
The fund has an exceptional track record in investing and exiting stakes in very successful UK brands and businesses. They are a generalist fund and invest across most sectors.
They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the following:
- Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
- Supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of their transactions
- Leading and assisting with diligence workstreams
- Assisting with deal negotiation with advisors
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Currently working with a UK focused private equity fund
- Background in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance
- Very UK focused deal sheet or investment track record
The successful candidate must have experience of investing in the UK markets.
