Job Description
A leading growth capital group is now looking to add an Investment Associate to their London team.
The fund invests in tech, consumer, healthcare and IT and has a fantastic portfolio of investments.
The position:
- Active member of the investments team
- Origination of new deals in European growth businesses
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
- Working on deal execution – deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
- Portfolio Management work
They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:
- Investment banking analysts/ associates with blue chip advisory firms or investment professionals with other mid market private equity funds
- experience of M&A deals in the small to mid cap space
- Strong deal sheet
- Keen to work on mid cap deals
- Technology deal experience is essential
