The role:
- Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
- Origination of new deals in businesses
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
- Working on deal execution ā deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
- The role will also involve corporate finance advisory
