An exciting, growing small to mid cap private equity fund/ merchant banking group is looking to add an Investment associate to their team. The fund is a generalist investor investing across Europe.
The role:
- Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
- Origination of new deals in businesses
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
- Working on deal execution – deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
- The role will also involve corporate finance advisory
