In the role you will:
- Be a member of the investment execution team
- Carry out due diligence on secondary investments
- Work on the full deal execution process from origination to completion
- Work on financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work
- Preparing fund documentation
- Portfolio management work
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Associate with another private equity fund or secondaries investment firm
- Excellent deal experience
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understanding of asset valuation techniques
- Genuinely interested in the secondaries industry
