Equity research associate - European Mid Caps - global investment bank

We are now working with a global investment, with a very successful equity research team. They have a great reputation in research, with a number of their MDs having top ranking in industry surveys.

They are now looking to add an equity research associate into their European Mid Caps team. The position will assist the Directors and MDs with all aspects of the the research process.

You will on the following responsibilities:

– Helping write writing pieces of equity research on European mid cap companies

– Speaking with clients about your recommendations

– Financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis

– Listening to newsflow, updating financial models, keeping the team up to date with developments

– Company and client visits

In this instance, they are very interested in meeting equity research analysts from sell or buy side firms who will probably have 1 – 3 years experience in stock coverage at another firm. The role will be ideal for an equity analyst who is looking to move to a big name firm and us happy supporting senior analysts for several years.
