We are now working with a global real estate business, who are looking for a Group Corporate Development Analyst.
As a Group Corp Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s long-term growth strategy and analyse the performance of the business from a strategic objective.
You will support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, corporate strategy projects, and other strategic transactions. Working closely with senior leadership across various business units, you will help identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities, while also contributing to post-merger integration efforts and strategic planning processes
Requirements for the role:
- Investment banking, big four TS/ M&A, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring for M&A transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
