Job Description

Corporate Development Analyst – FTSE business


We are now working with a leading FTSE business, who are looking to recruit a Corporate Development Analyst into their London team.


This role will focus on M&A, strategy, business analysis and growth opportunities for the business globally.


Day to day you will..

  • Analyse potential acquisitions, investments and disposals
  • Prepare financial models
  • Analysis business performance in the context of wider strategic opportunities
  • Work on competitor analysis
  • Prepare investment proposals and company and market analysis
  • Screen and evaluate M&A opportunities


They are interested in meeting people with a background as follows:

  • Corporate development professionals from other firms
  • Big Four lead advisory or transaction services professionals/ ACAs
  • Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand data and see the “bigger picture”
  • Relevant financial modelling, Presentation and M&A process experience
