Corporate Development Analyst – FTSE business
We are now working with a leading FTSE business, who are looking to recruit a Corporate Development Analyst into their London team.
This role will focus on M&A, strategy, business analysis and growth opportunities for the business globally.
Day to day you will..
- Analyse potential acquisitions, investments and disposals
- Prepare financial models
- Analysis business performance in the context of wider strategic opportunities
- Work on competitor analysis
- Prepare investment proposals and company and market analysis
- Screen and evaluate M&A opportunities
They are interested in meeting people with a background as follows:
- Corporate development professionals from other firms
- Big Four lead advisory or transaction services professionals/ ACAs
- Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand data and see the “bigger picture”
- Relevant financial modelling, Presentation and M&A process experience
