Investment Associate, Leading European Small to Mid Market Private Equity Fund - ACA/ Strategy consultant wanted in Chesterfield

An exciting, growing small to mid cap private equity fund/ merchant banking group is looking to add an Investment associate to their team.

The fund is a generalist investor investing across Europe.

The role:

• Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
• Origination of new deals in businesses
• Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
• Working on deal execution – deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
• The role will also involve corporate finance advisory

They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:

• ACAs with lead advisory/ restructuring /TS backgrounds
• Strategy consultants from the top consulting firms like Parthenon, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, OC&C…

• Real interest in small to mid cap investing
