We are working with a growing UK-focused advisory boutique that focuses on deals in the small to lower mid-cap space. They are looking to add an Associate to their team to work on the origination and execution of deals for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the execution of transactions including M&A, corporate finance and other related activities
- Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation
- Preparing marketing presentations for current and potential corporate clients with appropriate research and data analytics
