Job Description
We are now working with a growing, very well backed UK focused advisory firm/ boutique. The firm focuses on deals in the small to lower mid cap space.
They are now looking to add an Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of deals for the firm,
Day to day, this will involve the following duties:
Assisting with the execution of transactions including M&A, corporate finance and other related activities
Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation
Preparing marketing presentations for current and potential corporate clients with appropriate research and data analytics
Deal execution
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- ACAs with experience in lead advisory or exceptional transaction services skills
- excellent communication skills, confident and with presence
- strong academics
