A very successful mid-market UK investment banking firm is now looking to add an Associate to their team.
The firm has a great client base and has advised a number of listed and private companies on a range of corporate finance deals.
They have a great pipeline of work with significant repeat business from a wide range of clients.
The role will work on the origination and execution of mandates for the firm. This will involve financial modelling, valuations, pitching, writing documents, and deal execution. The successful candidate can expect to work on deals from inception to completion and have full involvement in transactions.
You will work as a member of a small deal team with full exposure to clients.

- 3rd year analyst/ Associate level from other investment banks
