Superb opportunity to join the Debt and Leveraged Finance Advisory team of this leading firm. A leading firm is now looking to recruit an Associate to their Debt Advisory team. The team advises private equity funds and corporates on raising and structuring debt, LBO financing, refinancings, and buyouts. They have an exceptional track record in the sector and a large pipeline of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on achieving their financing objectives
  • Idea generation and client marketing, including preparation of client presentations, materials, and attendance at client meetings
  • Day-to-day transaction execution and structuring
  • Creation and analysis of financial models
  • Assistance in developing strategic advice and structuring transactions

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience working with investment banking or a blue-chip advisory firm
  • Excellent experience in debt advisory, restructuring, leveraged finance
  • The role is suitable for someone with approximately 4-7+ years of experience.
