Associate, Corporate Finance Advisory Boutique, London - Lead advisory/ transaction services backgrounds considered

A leading UK corporate finance advisor is now looking to recruit an associate into their London team.

The firm has a really strong pipeline of work, advising both private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions. They are a generalist firm, and work across a range of sectors. Their focus is mid market deals.

In this role you will:

• work as part of a small deal team alongside partners working on all aspects of deals
• have extensive interaction with clients on transactions
• take responsibility for major parts of deals
• getting involved in deal negotiation
• financial modelling, financial analysis, deal structuring
• expect to work across a broad of deals

They are very interested in meeting professionals who will have a background as follows:

• Investment bankers from other advisory firms
• Lead advisory / M&A / transaction professionals from other corporate finance advisors
• Excellent deal sheet, with strong M&A experience
