Job Description

A leading UK corporate finance advisor is now looking to recruit an associate into their London team.

The firm has a really strong pipeline of work, advising both private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions.

They are a generalist firm, and work across a range of sectors. Their focus is mid market deals.

In this role you will:

-work as part of a small deal team alongside partners working on all aspects of deals

-have extensive interaction with clients on transactions

-take responsibility for major parts of deals getting involved in deal negotiation

-financial modelling, financial analysis, deal structuring

-expect to work across a broad of deals

They are very interested in meeting professionals who will have a background as follows:

-Investment bankers from other advisory firms

-Lead advisory / M&A / transaction professionals from other corporate finance advisors

-Excellent deal sheet, with strong M&A experience
