We are now working with a tier one investment banking advisory firm. The firm has a great track record and has worked on some major deals. They are now looking to recruit an Analyst into their European M&A team,who will work on the origination and execution of deals for their clients.
The type of deals you will work on could include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, restructurings, distressed advisory and other corporate finance work.
The role will work closely with the partners on deals which include deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations, deal execution and lots of interactions with clients.
The firm has had excellent deal flow and is incredibly busy on live transactions right now.
They are very interested in meeting Analysts from the M&A teams of other banks and advisory firms.
