Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to Greenwich Health, helping to manage and deliver commissioned health services.
- Manage diaries for the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officers, coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and manage meeting/event requests and generate minutes for all assigned internal and external meetings.
- Collate meeting papers, calendars and minutes in a timely manner to ensure efficient meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for the organisation and support communication with stakeholders and partners.
- Engage in the delivery of a variety of project streams, ranging from supporting senior management to taking the lead on delivery depending on project size and relevance.
- Provide cross‑functional support to quality and safety, service delivery, Human Resources, finance and other areas of the business.
- Support the Company Finance Lead with month‑end payment processing and payroll processes.
- Assist the board and senior leadership team with review and circulation of action items to ensure forward movement of activities.
- Contribute to and circulate regular monthly communications to stakeholders and provide support for marketing and communications processes as required.
- Provide administrative support to Greenwich Health’s management and board in carrying out their duties.
- Support the organisation and communication of events that promote well‑being and engage external stakeholders.
- Provide additional support to central business functions, including HR, Finance and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
- Undertake any other work appropriate to the level and general nature of the post’s duties.
- Maintain flexibility and be prepared to perform work not specifically referred to above.
