Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial performance, forecasting, commercial analysis and financial control, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional reporting and genuinely influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Deliver insightful commercial analysis and performance reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth.
- Analyse sales performance, margins, inventory, marketing ROI and operational KPIs.
- Oversee financial controls, reporting accuracy and governance.
- Manage and develop a Finance Manager.
- Support the financial oversight of a European subsidiary.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Commercial Finance Manager.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable business insight.
- Experience within e-commerce, retail, direct-to-consumer or multi-channel environments.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Confident business partner with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Naturally curious, analytical and proactive.
