Payroll Manager, Temp to Perm / Permanent, Outskirts of Birmingham, Hybrid, £40,000-£45,000The ideal candidate will be available to start at short notice or be immediately available.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across both salaried and hourly paid workforces.
This role is accountable for payroll controls, statutory compliance, pension administration, RTI submissions, payroll reporting, and maintaining strong payroll governance in line with company policies and HMRC regulations.
The Payroll Manager also acts as the escalation point for payroll-related issues and plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across payroll systems and processes.
