We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a busy and friendly team based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional seeking flexible working hours with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently using SAP
- Managing and processing employee expenses
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Processing and reconciling company credit card statements
- Carrying out account reconciliations
- Supporting a small amount of credit control activity
- Maintaining accurate financial records within SAP
- Assisting with general finance administration as required
About You:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Experience using SAP is essential/preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
