About the Role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including full P&L responsibility, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Progressively automate reporting and streamline month-end processes.
- Delivery of monthly reporting packs with KPIs and gross margin overheads.
- Collaborate with finance to produce budgeting and forecasting analysis.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver audit.
- Investigate costs across sales, material, and labour.
- Business Partner Operations, Production, Planning and other business departments.
- Develop and refine costing models, margin reports and KPIs.
- Manage ERP update and standardise management reporting processes once live.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience with 10 years+ experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and accounting systems).
- Relevant experience from a manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or project-based environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
