On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a no.1 Finance Manager to work with a growing SME business in Wolverhampton. This is a full time, on site role and will report into the MD.
Duties of the role will include:
- Taking full responsibility of the finance function
- Building and managing a team
- Production of monthly management accounts including commentary and analysis
- Control of the Budgeting and Forecasting process
- Monitoring financial performance
- Producing timely and accurate management information
- Cashflow forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Ensuring robust Balance sheet controls
- VAT returns
- Payroll management
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and controls
- Ad hoc project work and involvement in future strategy of the business
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Production of Weekly P&L / Key KPIs sheet
- Business partnering with the operational teams
Skills, requirements, qualifications:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE
- Experience of working in an SME business
- Strong hands-on experience
- Strong Excel & ERP experience
