Finance Manager

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work with a rapidly growing business based in Telford. This is a full time, on site role.

Reporting into the CFO, duties of the role will include:

• Covering all aspects of the finance function and day to day accounts preparation

• Managing and developing a small team

• Monthly management accounts preparation for multiple entities, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations

• Annual budget process

• Cash-flow forecasting for internal and external stakeholders

• Statutory accounts production

• Producing timely management information with commercial input

• Working across the business to streamline accounting processes and procedures

• working closely with sales/ operations and other business departments

• any other ad hoc finance queries

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

• Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or QBE

• Experience working in an SME business in a hands on role

• Strong people management skills

• Strong stakeholder management

• Strong Excel skills
