Greenwell Gleeson are exclusively recruiting a Finance Director Designate for a well-established contracting business who continue to go from strength to strength. Reporting to the MD, you will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of all aspects of the finance function including the transactional team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting as well as business partnering with the senior management to help continue the business growth.
You will also be heavily involved in driving process improvements, improving financial controls and supporting commercial and operational activities.
To be successful in the role you will need to have held a similarly senior role in an SME business, a good understanding of project reporting, excellent team management skills, experience of partnering senior management and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
