Based on the outskirts of Birmingham, £40m Turnover Business, On-Site Role 5 Days Per Week. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Systems Administrator to take ownership of our core financial system. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the ERP platform operates efficiently, securely, and in line with business needs.

You will act as the central point of contact for all ERP-related activities, supporting users, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration Security
    • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Intacct ERP system across the organisation
    • Maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions
    • Ensure secure and appropriate access to system modules
    • Monitor system usage and user activity
  • Data Management Integrity
    • Maintain accurate and reliable data across customers, suppliers, inventory, and financial records
    • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reconciliation issues
    • Ensure ERP processes are followed to maintain system integrity
  • User Support Issue Resolution
    • Provide first-line support for all ERP-related queries and issues
    • Troubleshoot system errors and identify root causes
    • Liaise with Intacct support to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • System Configuration Improvements
    • Configure and maintain ERP modules (sales, purchase, nominal ledgers, and stock control)
    • Implement system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes
