Greenways Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built care home offering home to 58 residents across four warm, community-focused floors. Our team is committed to providing exceptional, all-inclusive residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, uplifting environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion and genuine warmth.

We are now seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our new team and help shape the highest standards of residential, dementia, nursing and respite care.

What We Offer
  • Welcome Bonus of £2,500
  • Pay: £20.90 per hour
  • Hours: 22–44 per week
  • Shifts: Night (20:00 - 08:00)
  • Benefits: Paid PVG & NMC, workplace pension, free onsite parking, and uniform provided
  • Annual leave: 5.6 weeks (full-time equivalent)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
  • Lead shifts, support care teams and ensure clinical excellence at all times
  • Develop, implement and review personalised care plans
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Promote a safe, supportive and nurturing environment
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory standards
About You
  • NMC registered with a valid current PIN
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care with kindness and respect
  • A confident clinical leader with strong communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and proactively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Committed to continuous improvement and professional development
