Greenway Search are delighted to be working alongside a leading Private Practice to assist them with hiring for their highly reputable Private Client practice. This position will be based in their London offices. The leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Private Client team. The practice advises a broad range of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, family offices, trustees, and international clients on complex private wealth matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer looking to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters within a collaborative, high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in client relationship management, business development initiatives, and the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on succession and estate planning matters.
  • Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and wider wealth preservation structures.
  • Managing complex probate and estate administration matters, including high-value and multi-jurisdictional estates.
  • Advising trustees, beneficiaries, family offices, and private wealth structures on trust administration and governance matters.
  • Providing inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and broader private wealth planning advice alongside specialist tax colleagues.
  • Advising international clients on cross-border succession and asset structuring issues.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.
  • Contributing to business development activities, networking events, and thought leadership initiatives.
