  • Support negotiation of client contracts and amendments from a commercial and risk perspective.
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations, applications for payment, and milestone invoices in line with contract requirements.
  • Assess and certify subcontractor applications for payment, milestone claims, and variations.
  • Manage change control processes including valuation of variations, extensions of time, and compensation events.
  • Track project costs against budget, forecast final account positions, and report on commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project cash flow forecasts across the full project lifecycle.
  • Manage retention, bonds, warranties, and other contractual securities.
  • Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Support dispute avoidance and resolution processes where required.
  • Estimating & Tender Support (Secondary Focus)
    • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for utility-scale and C&I solar tenders.
    • Carry out quantity take-offs and site measure validations.
    • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
    • Contribute to risk allowances, preliminaries, and programme-related cost inputs.
