- Company van and mobile phone

The job, in a nutshell:
You'll be the face of GreenThumb across your patch — visiting customers daily to apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and spot wider opportunities in the garden. You'll offer expert advice, recommend the products and services that suit each customer, and handle seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing). Every visit is a chance to grow the business and build relationships. Independent, active, outdoors — no two days the same.
Not a lawn care expert? Good. We're not necessarily looking for lawn care experts — we're looking for people who are brilliant with customers. The lawn knowledge will come; we'll train you on all of it. But great customer service can't be taught, and it's at the root of everything we do.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Love talking to people and delivering brilliant service
- Have a genuine passion for the outdoors
- Are organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Have the right to work in the UK
The ideal candidate will:
- Have full, UK driving licence for manual vehicles
- Have excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Have a passion for lawn care
- Want a job where they can work independently, outdoors and keep active
- Be able to deliver top quality customer service
- Have excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
