What You'll Do

  • As a Lawn Care Operative, you'll help customers get the most from their gardens by:
  • Applying professional lawn treatments
  • Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
  • Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
  • Introducing customers to additional Green Thumb services
  • Delivering friendly, professional customer service
