Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPIs and targets are met.
- Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel contact centre environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.
- Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance.
- Practice and promote ethical selling.
- Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help our customers achieve a wonderful looking lawn.
- Become a subject matter expert.
- Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Support company growth by providing a first-class new customer journey.
- Identify opportunities and introduce the customer to our fantastic products and services.
- Promote and implement our Direct Debit schemes.
- Act as an Ambassador for GreenThumb when representing and promoting the company.
- Handle all calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained on the GreenThumb database, making clear and concise notes in required fields.
- Provide accurate feedback on any trends in campaigns.
- Always adhere to all GreenThumb policies and procedures.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer centric approach.
- Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.
You will be working remotely, as part of a positive and exciting sales team, where you will be expected to consultatively sell a range of products and services that GreenThumb offer. You will respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, which may include cold calling. You will ensure an ethical approach to customers is always taken. You will need to be passionate about the quality of work that you deliver and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed your goals at every opportunity. Good written and oral communication skills.
