Hours & days of work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Part‑time roles also sought. May be required to take part in a rota for part‑time hours on Saturday.
About the role: You will work as part of a positive and exciting Sales team. Your responsibilities include consultatively selling a range of products and services offered by GreenThumb, responding to inbound enquiries, making outbound calls (including cold calling), and maintaining an ethical approach to customers. You should be passionate about quality, self‑motivated, and able to exceed goals.

Main duties of the role:
- Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met.
- Communicate with existing and cancelled customers in an omni‑channel contact centre environment including inbound/outbound calls, emails and webchat.
- Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your performance.
- Practice and promote ethical selling.
- Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help customers achieve a wonderful looking lawn.
- Become a subject‑matter expert.
- Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Support company growth by providing a first‑class new customer journey; identify opportunities and introduce customers to our products and services.
- Promote and implement our direct debit schemes.
- Act as an ambassador for GreenThumb when representing and promoting the company.
- Handle all calls in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.
- Keep accurate records on the GreenThumb database, making clear and concise notes in required fields.
- Provide accurate feedback on any trends in campaigns.
- Always adhere to all GreenThumb policies and procedures.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer‑centric approach.
- Carry out any other duties relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.
