About the Role
Green Thumb, the UK's leading lawn care provider, is seeking a Lawn Care Operative to visit customers daily, apply lawn treatments, diagnose issues, recommend products, and perform seasonal machine work such as aerating, scarifying, and top‑dressing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and recommend suitable products and services to customers.
- Apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and identify broader garden opportunities.
- Operate seasonal machinery for lawn maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, reliable and self‑motivated.
- Passion for the outdoors.

- Starting salary £26,645.00 + £2,000.00 OTE.
