Responsibilities:
- Visit customers daily to apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and spot wider opportunities in the garden
- Offer expert advice and recommend products and services that suit each customer
- Handle seasonal machine work such as aerating, scarifying, and top‑draining
- Grow the business and build relationships – every visit is a chance to expand services
- Represent GreenThumb as the face of our service across your area
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills – love talking to people and delivering brilliant service
- Passion for the outdoors and a genuine interest in gardening
- Organised, reliable and self‑motivated
- Right to work in the UK
