Location: St Asaph Business Park

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team at GreenThumb. This role is varied and rewarding, partnering with managers across the business, providing practical HR guidance, and supporting a wide range of employee relations activities. You will also contribute to people-focused projects, help shape HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. If you enjoy building strong working relationships, solving problems and delivering a high-quality HR service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing professional and timely advice on a broad range of HR matters
  • Building effective relationships with managers and supporting them in making informed people decisions
  • Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters
  • Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and associated documentation
  • Delivering and assisting with manager training on HR policies, procedures and best practice
  • Working with the HR Business Partner to review and develop policies and procedures
  • Supporting organisational change projects, including TUPE transfers and consultation processes
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve ways of working
  • Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking an HR professional who is passionate about delivering an excellent service and making a positive impact.
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing a range of casework
  • A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work confidently with managers at all levels
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable)
  • A willingness to travel occasionally across the UK
