Role Purpose
To ensure that Head Office facilities are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, supporting a safe and professional working environment for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas of the Head Office building, ensuring a consistently high standard
- Clean foyers, hallways, staircases, communal areas, and office spaces
- Undertake dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass spotcleaning
- Carry out routine and periodic deep cleaning activities
- Clean and sanitise all restroom facilities and replenish consumables including soap, paper products, and hygiene supplies
- Clean fixtures, mirrors, doors, and walls
- Sweep and mop floors, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained
- Empty waste bins and remove refuse in line with site procedures, ensuring waste is disposed of safely and appropriately
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment levels and report shortages to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures, follow safe working practices at all times, and monitor Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for compliance
- Support requirements relating to legionella checks and associated logs where applicable
- Report maintenance issues, defects, or required repairs to management and highlight any concerns relating to cleanliness, safety, or building condition
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks and ad hoc projects as required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties in line with the role and business needs
