Location: Hybrid – HQ in St Asaph, Home, and other UK sites as required.
Pay scale: Competitive
Hours of work: Full Time, Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am-2.30pm
Contract Length: 12-month Contract (potential to extend depending on business need).

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Change Project Manager to join our team to lead and deliver a key business change project and support delivery of several other related initiatives alongside our permanent Project Managers and Product Owner.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a key strategic business change initiative.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define change of scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects or workstreams.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption of the changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Elicit, capture and gain sign-off of project requirements
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates into the \’PMO\’ and senior leadership team.
- Support communication and training plans to ensure business readiness and smooth transition.
- Travel to St Asaph and other UK sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the delivery of other related projects and strategic initiatives, leading somewhere needed.
Candidate profile:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is willing and able to travel to St Asaph and other UK sites as required.
- Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
- Has proven experience as a Business Change Project Manager in complex environments.
- Has strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Is familiar with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Can facilitate requirements for elaboration and capture.
- Has the ability to influence and drive change across distributed teams.
- Can support and lead development and maturing of Project Delivery processes and practices.
- Has experience in negotiation and legal contract finalization.
- Has experience in sectors such as franchise and home services.
- Can support the coaching and development of other Project Managers.
