The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 ÂŁ per year.
This role involves working alongside one of our qualified Lawn Operatives on customers’ lawns to help with scarification, aeration, fertilisation and moss control. You will be requested to rake lawns, pick up grass and other garden material – bag it or move it to compost heaps or recycle bins – ensuring a professional, high level of service at all times.
Hours of Work: 8 hours per day Monday – Friday
Contract Type: Temporary until 9th May 2026
Main Duties:
- Visit a number of designated customers on a daily basis and assist the lawn operative.
- Assist using the necessary machinery to aerate and scarify lawns and remove waste to an acceptable level.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and basic maintenance of all machinery at the end of a working period.
- Maintain standards of all health and safety practices, as supplied by GreenThumb Limited.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness of the company vehicle.
- Maintain the company uniform and replace as and when required.
- Ensure a professional and smart appearance at all times.
- Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of the contract of employment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a full UK driving licence for manual vehicles.
- Have excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Have a passion for working outdoors.
- Be able to deliver top quality customer service.
- Have excellent organisation and time‑keeping skills.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
