Greentek Energy Ltd is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to convert enquiries into confirmed projects across construction and renewable energy, including renovations, extensions, bathrooms, kitchens and solar installations.
This is a hands on sales role, with most selling carried out face to face at customers properties. You will manage enquiries from the initial phone call through to site visits, quotations, follow ups and closing the sale.
Responsibilities:
- Contact incoming leads promptly and arrange appointments.
- Visit properties, understand customer requirements and assess the scope of work.
- Prepare accurate, profitable quotations with support from our technical team.
- Present proposals, explain options and confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and negotiate within agreed margins.
- Keep clear records and hand confirmed projects over to the delivery team.
What we are looking for:
- Proven success in face to face sales and closing deals.
- Construction knowledge and experience quoting building or home improvement work.
- Strong telephone skills and persistent, professional follow up.
- Solar sales experience would be an advantage.
- Good organisation and the ability to manage your own appointments and pipeline.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Package:
- £30,000 to £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Commission on sales.
- Fuel allowance paid separately at £0.20 per business mile.
- Full time role covering West Midlands and surrounding Areas.
