β’ Surveyors
β’ Mortgage Brokers
β’ Commercial Property Professionals Key Responsibilities: β’ Generate new business opportunities across residential and commercial construction projects.
β’ Develop relationships with property professionals and referral partners.
β’ Secure projects including extensions, loft conversions, renovations, commercial refurbishments, HMOs and property improvement works.
β’ Represent Greentek Energy Ltd professionally within the industry. Requirements: β’ Proven business development or sales experience.
β’ Strong networking and relationship building skills.
β’ Existing industry contacts preferred.
β’ Self motivated and target driven. Package: β’ Competitive salary dependent on experience.
β’ Minimum 10% commission on net profit from every completed project.
β’ Uncapped earning potential.
